My personal story about Thai Yoga... Yoga saved me from pain and surgery on my own back pain. After years of being several whip lash accidents, I was lower back pain...! My medical doctor suggested Thai Yoga... I went. After my first session I could release my back problem and the pain had decreased. I was so impressed with my sessions that I decided to make this my new lease on life. I now love my work.. every body is so different. It's own puzzle pattern!
I am a yoga practitioner, bodyworker and Reiki healer who is following the spirit, passion and my goal. I am a native Thai who came to New York in 2005. I studied Ruesri Dat Ton (Thai Yoga) at Wat Po Traditional Medical school, Bangkok Thailand and has completed my teachers training at Lotus Plam. I certified in traditional Thai Massage and Thai Foot Massage at from Wat Po school of Thai Massage in Thailand. Since then I has given Thai Yoga Bodywork sessions at several spa locations in the NY and I have practiced along with chiropractor and physical therapist.
